Official Rain Garden Demo Site Coming in 2011

 

C & S Country Gardens in partnership with Seine - Rat River Conservation District are pleased to announce the first commercial rain garden project in Southeastern Manitoba. Construction is scheduled to begin in August of 2011 and completed by September.

The Rain Garden will serve as a testing ground for developing rain garden techniques suitable for the prairies. A large component of the project would also be educational and help promote the rain garden as a viable solution for the proper processing of rain water run-off." - Chris Maxemuck
